Nurse Advice Line

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.

As our patient, you always have the option to speak with an advice nurse. Advice nurses are registered nurses who have special training to answer your questions about health problems and help you decide how to manage minor illnesses. We have two options for nurse advice. If you are a member of a health plan, we have a listing of their phone numbers below.

• If you are not a member of any of the health plans listed, please call our Patient Service Center at (888) 499-9303 to be connected to a nurse advice line.

For PACE participants:

Call your PACE site 24/7 to speak with an on-call doctor who will be paged immediately to assist you with your medical need.
