We can help you select your doctor and schedule your first appointment. The sooner you do, the better we can meet your health care needs, get to know you.

2) Register on MyAltaMed.net at (844) 498-3446

Once you register in our patient portal, you have access to the following services:

  • Email your non-urgent questions to the AltaMed Care team
  • Request/Schedule an appointment
  • View statements and pay bills
  • View lab results
  • Request medication refills

3) Get Ready for Your First Appointment
